Our staff deliver innovative, high-quality, and compassionate mental health and social services to youth in our residential programs throughout New York City. Join us and help young New Yorkers from all backgrounds realize their potential and thrive.

Our warm, compassionate small group residences provide kids a safe and supportive environment to receive mental health services. Residential staff help youth work on their treatment goals, attend school, and enjoy recreational activities. Once they achieve their treatment goals, youth can return home to their families.

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience supporting youth.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure when helping a youth through a stressful and/or challenging situation.
  • A passion for supporting the next generation of New Yorkers.

Some roles may have additional educational and license requirements.
