Our staff are as diverse as the city we serve. No matter what your race, religious belief, cultural background, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability – you have a place at The Jewish Board. We strive for a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is able to be their authentic self. Whatever our differences may be, we are united by our shared purpose.
OUR CULTURE
You have A PLACE WITH US.
Who We Are Begins with Our Staff
Meet The Jewish Board
Our resource groups.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion inform our everyday work because we believe this is everyone’s work to do. Our staff-run employee resource groups provide supportive spaces for staff to learn from each other and share topics close to their hearts. Monthly virtual town halls provide all staff with an opportunity to make connections, discuss issues, and ask questions that matter to them.
