Qualifying for a Life changing career.

The Jewish Board is looking for talented Social Workers of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:

Master’s degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program AND a New York State License or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC); Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LMSW) required.
Experience with telemental health platforms a plus.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and communication skills needed.
Must be able to maintain composure when addressing stressful and/or challenging situations.
Some Social Work positions may have additional requirements

If you have a particular age range, population, or community you’re interested in working with, you can find your niche here. Along with outpatient clinical settings, The Jewish Board’s social workers can be found at our children’s residences, adult housing programs, domestic violence shelters, and homes for the intellectually and developmentally disabled.
