What is your average day like at The Jewish Board?
My average day involves calling and meeting with clients to connect them with services, and following up with community partners to ensure they get the care they deserve. I also visit clients at home on a case-by-case basis.
What is your favorite part about the work you do?
The opportunity to remind our clients that resilience is their partner and the importance of celebrating small victories.
Why do you think the value “Engage Individuals & Families as our Partners” is so important?
Our clients need to know we care, and one of the main ways we do that is by working in partnership to remind them of their strengths and possibilities.
What song or album do you listen to when you need a burst of energy?
My favorite song for a burst of energy is “Praise” by Brandon Lake & Chris Brown from Elevation Worship. I also love nature walks where I can enjoy different things on the same path.
