What is your average day like at The Jewish Board?

Listening to the staff work and strategize together in team meetings to help clients and their families.

What is your favorite part about the work you do?

I really enjoy forming positive connections with my coworkers and clients – it’s so critical to have a human touch and make sure others know I’m rooting for them and supporting them. It’s truly an honor to hear the stories our clients and therapists share, and to accompany them on their journeys.

Why do you think the value “Strive to be Outstanding” is so important?

Striving is Caring. Our own personal values make us strive to be outstanding at work by caring for those we serve and those we work with every day. It’s our agency values – and personal values! – in action.

What song or album do you listen to when you need a burst of energy?

Brittany Spears, “Oops! I did it again” or “Baby One More Time”; Destiny’s Child “Survivor” – I know, the early 2000’s and 90’s pop are my jam! 💃
