Kingsbridge CR/SRO (Congregate Residence/Single Room Occupancy) is a 50-bed housing residence in the Bronx that was established to provide housing services to adults who are chronically homeless and have a mental illness.
We offer adult rehabilitation services including:
- daily living skills
- rehabilitation counseling
- substance abuse services and referrals
- medication management
- health services
- symptom management
- skill development
- socialization
- community integration
- assertiveness and self-advocacy
Our goal is to help residents learn skills that are necessary to live in a more independent setting, remain psychiatrically stable, and become a productive member of the community.

Eligibility requirements for supportive housing differ depending on where someone resides in New York. Most units are designated for single adults who are homeless and need mental health support.
