Supportive Apartment Program (SAP)

A scattered-site apartment program that provides transitional housing for adults with mental illness. The program’s philosophy is to provide a normalizing, home-like environment where direct care workers assist residents to work on basic living skills and recovery goals to integrate into the community. The residents participate in a variety of community and program activities such as voluntary services, employment, advisory committees and program activities.

Apartment Treatment Program (ISAP)

Provides permanent housing for adults with mental illness who are able to live independently. Through bimonthly visits, workers support the residents as they develop and maintain their recovery goals. Residents engage in a variety of community activities such as full-time and part-time employment, educational activities, voluntary services and other civic events.
