Supportive Apartment Program (SAP)

A scattered-site apartment program that provides transitional housing for adults with mental illness. The program’s philosophy is to provide a normalizing, home-like environment where direct care workers assist residents to work on basic living skills and recovery goals to integrate into the community. The residents participate in a variety of community and program activities such as voluntary services, employment, advisory committees and program activities.

Abraham Residence III (CR/SRO)

A 68-bed, extended-stay Community Residence/Single Room Occupancy (CR/SRO) that provides individual studio apartments for formerly homeless individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Abe III provides tenant organization and on-site rehabilitative services to support residents’ reintegration into the community.
