Our Services

We provide a full spectrum of services to address the social and emotional well-being of all individuals in a safe and nurturing culturally sensitive environment.

Services include counseling services to individuals, couples and families with focus on an array of symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Sessions are offered predominately in English and Spanish, as well as several other languages.

People come to us because they know they’ll get expert help from professionals who care. Our therapists are trained in proven, evidence-based approaches and bring years of experience supporting individuals and families from every background.
