Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) support youth who have mental health and substance use needs, and their families, through a comprehensive team of professionals, including Family & Youth Peer advocates, Licensed Mental Health Professionals, and Clinical Support Specialists. They deliver individualized services and skilled therapeutic interventions while the youth remains in their home, school, and community, and support families by providing them their own individualized care.

We help ensure our clients achieve their goals and successfully remain at home, in school, and as part of their community. To accomplish this, we work with families to:

  • Build trust by communicating transparently and clearly about our program, services, and treatment.
  • Encourage them to regain control of their life and care.
  • Engage with other natural supports in community-based services.
  • Eliminate or reduce inpatient admissions and emergencies.
  • Ensure that they have the skills to achieve important milestones in their life.
  • Enhance their ability to have healthy relationships.
  • Promote security and a sense of well-being in their lives.

Our Services

To support youth and their families, we provide the following services as needed:

  • Individual, group, and family counseling
  • Case management
  • Assessments
  • Skills development
  • Crisis intervention
  • Medication management
  • Family and/or youth peer services
  • Rehabilitation services

We also provide specialized evidence-based programs to ensure youth reach their goals:

  • Multisystemic Therapy - Family Integrated Transitions (MST-FIT) is an evidence and community-based therapy that works with youth to help them successfully return to their families and community.
  • Multisystemic Therapy - Emerging Adults (MST-EA) is a short-term, intensive, in-home treatment to help youth succeed with their personalized goals.
