I discovered my passion for this work while mentoring homeless teens as an undergrad. Watching young people achieve goals and regain confidence showed me how powerful support can be. That experience shaped my entire career. Today, I focus on creating a calm, caring space where people can explore and understand what’s getting in their way, build the confidence we all deserve, and make better choices that can affect our communities. Everyone has strengths, I hope to help you discover yours.

Growing up in and around NYC’s underserved communities, I saw how stress, poverty, racism, and everyday pressure can shape a person’s emotional world. That’s why I’m so committed to being a therapist who listens closely and supports people with patience and dignity. I try to help clients slow down, make sense of what they’re feeling, and build practical tools for coping. Whether you are new to therapy, returning after time away, or nervous about teletherapy, together, we’ll focus on creating a space where you feel heard and respected.

For me, being a therapist and social worker is more than my day-job, it’s a mission. Over the years I’m humbled by the opportunities I’ve had to support clients, nurture countless therapists, and help build programs that serve vulnerable communities. I believe that every client is the expert in their own lives, so I approach therapy with humility and purpose, meeting each person where they are.
