With MyAvatar, you can connect with your therapist, psychiatrist, and more, anywhere you are! You’ll get great care from your computer or phone at home or on the go, all while still being able to make an in-person visit when you want to.

When you use MyAvatar for telehealth services, you will receive personalized email and text messages ten minutes before your appointment. Reminders are emailed from noreply@telehealth.netsmartcloud.com and texted from (850)-876-5958. When you click that link from your computer, tablet, or phone, you’ll connect to us right through your favorite web browser!

How Connecting to MyAvatar Works

1: Get Your Text Reminder

You will be sent a text and email reminder the day before your appointment. To change or cancel your appointment, please call your provider’s office.

2: Get Your Appointment Link

10 minutes before your appointment begins, you will get a text and email with a unqiue link to your session.

3: Join Your Session

After you click your unique link from your smartphone or desktop, your default web browser will open. Allow your device to use your camera and microphone, click the icons to turn them on, and click join.

4: Start Your Appointment

After turning on your camera and microphone and clicking the join button, you will be greeted by a receptionist or your session will begin.
