Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) is a strength-based, person-centered, and recovery-oriented program that helps New Yorkers with a mental health diagnosis achieve their chosen life goals by addressing the barriers in their recovery.

Participants work toward achieving their chosen life goals. Many participants would like to return to work or school, move to more independent housing, build relationships, or achieve and maintain wellness. With the assistance of PROS staff, they develop a weekly schedule of services to help them achieve their goal. Participants gain a renewed sense of hope and self-empowerment through a PROS community of staff and peers.

Participants can continue to receive services with their current outpatient therapist and/or prescriber while attending PROS.
