Riveredge Community House is a bridger residential program that bridges the traditional divide between inpatient and outpatient services by starting while the participant is in the hospital and continuing after discharge until they have successfully engaged in community based services.

Residents work with staff to develop skills and access concrete services that will support their recovery, help them successfully live in the community, and reduce the frequency and/or duration of future hospitalizations. We place a heavy emphasis on skills coaching, community re-acclimation, and meaningful connection to a larger community.

If you feel that you or a loved one may be a candidate for supportive housing, your first step is to make sure they are eligible. Eligibility requirements for supportive housing differ depending on where someone resides in New York. Most units are designated for single adults who are homeless and need mental health support.
