Our caring, highly qualified social workers and therapists are here to help you feel healthier and live better. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Staten Island Connected Care welcomes all Staten Islanders – individuals and families of incomes, ages, races, religions, gender identities, and sexual orientations. We also provide care to active-duty military personnel and veterans.

Staten Island Connected Care’s services are for people of all ages seeking support for their mental, physical, and emotional health. We offer:
